Internet connections (modem/router)

The connection package includes a Ministry letter with a 0800 number for families to call about returning the internet connection/service package.

You will find the 0800 number for returning devices in the Ministry of Education letter that comes with the internet connection package.

Computer devices

Each device comes with information about how to return your device. You will also find a helpdesk number and courier bag for organising the return.

The 0800 number is in the Ministry cover letter. If families call for a return, our distributor will organise a courier to come and collect the device.

Hard copy materials for different year levels – English medium

For English medium hard packs that need returning, families can contact the Ministry of Education and we will arrange courier pickup.

Ki te Ao Mārama learning packs
(ordered through the Data Collection portal or Ki te Ao Mārama website)

Whānau whose packs have been delivered to the wrong address can contact either the distributor directly or the Ministry’s Te Reo Māori team who will arrange a return or redirect to the correct address. We will:

1. confirm the correct address information
2. update the address to the distributor, and
3. arrange for the distributor to deliver the pack to the correct household.

Subject-specific hard-copy resources to years 11-13 students

1. The recipient contacts the Ministry as shown on the pack as sender, or emails NCEA.Review@education.govt.nz to arrange return or re-direct.
2. We will work with the warehouse to arrange courier pickup and redirect as needed.
