Salesforce closed for hard pack orders

We are moving quickly to process the orders we had received when the portal closed at midnight last night to start delivery to students, schools, kura and wharekura in the Auckland region. We will advise you on timings for further orders to be placed.

If you have placed an order, you can access the courier track and trace numbers of hardpacks through Salesforce. Please keep in mind that couriers are also especially busy at this time and packages may take a little longer to arrive.

For those of you have selected bulk delivery to your school you will need to ensure you have space available for the bulk delivery and that staff are on site when the courier arrives. We are asking the couriers to contact you by phone to let you know orders are on their way.  If you are receiving a bulk order for distribution you will need to provide for contactless distribution consistent with COVID Alert Level 3 requirements.  We will be sending you information to support your planning for this.

Our suppliers and distribution agents are all managing health and safety concerns, including in relation to COVID-19 risks but follow the Ministry of Health guidelines for handling packs, for example wash your hands after handling a package.
